My story
My name is Tom Heller. As a Dutch contractor, I have over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. After years of projects in the Netherlands, I made a deliberate choice for a new chapter in Spain, where I have settled in Ontinyent, in the heart of the Costa Blanca.
Building or renovating in Spain often presents different challenges than in the Netherlands — think language differences, local regulations, different working methods and ways of communicating. That is precisely where I make the difference. As a construction supervisor, I personally oversee your project and ensure that everything proceeds clearly, transparently and as agreed.
Whether it concerns the renovation of a holiday home, emigration to Spain or an investment in Spanish real estate on the Costa Blanca: I stand by your side and monitor the entire construction process from start to completion.
