Fixed fee
We work on the basis of a pre-agreed fee. The amount depends on the scope and duration of your project. Everything is discussed upfront — no surprises afterwards.
Contract sum
For projects we carry out ourselves, we work on a contract sum. We prepare this after a free on-site inspection — fair and transparent.
Return share
Investing together in a flip project? We agree upfront on contribution, return and responsibilities. Always in writing.
